1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

melbey operates in compliance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and international Know Your Customer (KYC) standards. As part of our regulatory obligations, we require all players to complete identity verification before processing withdrawals or at any time we deem necessary for security or compliance purposes.

You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification documents (Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, Postal ID, or other valid government ID), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months), and payment method verification (screenshots or photos of your registered GCash account, bank card, or crypto wallet). All documents must be clear, legible, and display your full name matching your account registration details.

melbey reserves the right to request additional verification documents or supplementary information at our sole discretion. Failure to provide requested documents within fourteen (14) days of request may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed. We process verification requests within seventy-two (72) hours of receiving all required documentation.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

melbey accepts deposits through various Philippine payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other major Philippine banks), and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 100.00), unless otherwise specified for particular payment methods. Maximum deposit limits may apply based on your payment method, account verification level, and regulatory requirements.

All deposits are credited to your melbey account in Philippine Peso (PHP) currency. Cryptocurrency deposits are automatically converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction confirmation. melbey does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider or financial institution may impose their own transaction fees which are your sole responsibility.

Deposits are typically processed instantly or within minutes for most payment methods. In rare cases where technical issues or payment provider delays occur, processing may take up to twenty-four (24) hours. If your deposit has not been credited within this timeframe, please contact customer support with your transaction reference number and proof of payment.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawals of your available account balance at any time through your account dashboard, subject to these Terms, any applicable bonus wagering requirements, and successful completion of KYC verification procedures. The minimum withdrawal amount is Three Hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 300.00). Maximum withdrawal limits apply based on your VIP tier level and payment method selected.

Withdrawals must be processed through the same payment method used for deposits, except in cases where this is not technically feasible or at melbey's discretion for security reasons. 5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 Bonus Terms

melbey offers various promotional bonuses, welcome packages, deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback programs, and other promotional incentives (collectively "Bonuses") to eligible players. 5.2 Bonus Abuse and Prohibited Practices

melbey has zero tolerance for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses; irregular playing patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements; coordinated play with other users to guarantee profits; deliberately exploiting software errors or vulnerabilities; using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic or promotional restrictions; or any other activity we determine in our sole discretion to constitute unfair advantage or abuse of promotional terms.

Players suspected of bonus abuse will have their accounts suspended pending investigation. All decisions regarding bonus abuse are final and not subject to appeal.

Players found engaging in prohibited activities will have their accounts immediately suspended or terminated, all bonuses voided, winnings confiscated, and may face permanent ban from the platform. melbey reserves the right to pursue legal action and cooperate with law enforcement in cases involving fraud or criminal activity.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of system malfunction, software error, incorrect game display, network interruption, or any other technical failure that affects game outcomes or account balances, melbey reserves the right to void all affected gameplay and refund stakes. All game rounds, bets, and outcomes resulting from technical malfunctions are void regardless of whether such malfunctions are detected immediately or discovered later during audits or investigations.

If you experience technical issues during gameplay, you must immediately cease playing and contact customer support. Continuing to play after becoming aware of a malfunction may result in all subsequent gameplay being voided. In cases of disputed game outcomes, melbey's transaction logs and server records shall be considered the definitive record of all gameplay and will be used as the final authority in resolving disputes.

7. Responsible Gaming and Account Controls

8. Account Suspension, Termination, and Closure

8.1 Suspension by melbey

melbey reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we suspect Terms violations, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, underage gambling, money laundering, or any other activity that threatens the integrity or security of the platform. During suspension, you will be unable to place bets, access games, deposit funds, or withdraw funds until the investigation is completed.

8.2 Account Termination

melbey may terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if you breach any provision of these Terms, provide false information, engage in illegal activities, or if we determine in our sole discretion that your continued use of the platform is detrimental to melbey or other players. Upon termination, any remaining balance in your account will be returned to you minus any amounts due to melbey, any bonuses or winnings obtained through Terms violations, and any applicable processing fees, unless the account was terminated for fraud or other serious violations in which case all funds may be forfeited.

8.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your melbey account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any pending bonuses will be forfeited, and your remaining withdrawable balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within seven (7) business days after all pending transactions are settled. Accounts closed voluntarily may be reopened by contacting customer support, subject to standard verification procedures.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY PHILIPPINE LAW, MELBEY AND ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR ANY OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES, EVEN IF MELBEY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

The melbey platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. melbey does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on the melbey platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout of the website, are the exclusive property of melbey or its licensors and are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the melbey platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without prior written permission from melbey. The melbey name, logo, and all related trademarks are the exclusive property of melbey and may not be used without authorization.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13. General Provisions

13.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game rules or promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and melbey regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.

13.3 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from melbey. melbey may freely assign or transfer these Terms and any rights or obligations hereunder to any third party without restriction.

13.4 Waiver

No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision. melbey's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
